Our retail store in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada is open to the public 7 days a week. Any online order, or call order can be picked up in our retail store or you can visit our showroom for product and supply options.

Please contact us for any shipping needs you may require. In many cases, your shipping may cost more than the order itself in which case you may find best purchasing options in our retail store open 7 days a week.

We understand that items don’t always meet your needs. We currently do not offer refunds for product purchased, however we will gladly exchange any unused, unopened or defective product for another item.

Please note that all corrugated items are final sale.

As for our corrugated products, we don’t offer any exchange or returns for the reason listed below:

1. Due to the possibility of bugs.
2. We sell to the food industry which needs assurance that all boxes are new and clean.
3. We only sell new boxes.
4. Our insurance will not cover bug infestation.
